Devign TCN Agent

Problem

Agency staff run their month out of TikTok LIVE Backstage exports: who streamed, for how long, what the bonus will probably be. Every agency rebuilds the same spreadsheet, and creators only hear the numbers second-hand.

TCN Agent is the read-only version of what we built for our own agency: connect Backstage, and the roster, projected bonus and alerts arrive on the phone, synced every four hours. Any agency can sign up — no application form, no waiting list, no fee.

What we built

• Backstage sync every 4 hours — the agency's Backstage credentials are encrypted at rest (Fernet) and read on a fixed cadence; nothing is typed in.
• Roster and tier scorecard — ten server-defined tier floors and five activeness levels; zero bonus values are hard-coded in the client.
• Projected bonus and a “one move” advisor — the projected month for each creator and the single next action that moves it.
• Alerts — drops and milestones surfaced when they happen, not discovered at month end.
• Auth0 single sign-on and a JWT API behind an iOS and Android app; English and Arabic, right-to-left throughout.
• Open signup — as the store listing puts it: no application form, no waiting list, no allowlist of pre-approved agencies, and no fee.

Outcome

• Published on the App Store (id6764519472, first release 7 May 2026) and Google Play (com.devignlb.tcnagent, released 7 May 2026); version 1.1.2 on both stores as of 8 Sep 2026.
• Product site at agent.devignlb.com; privacy, terms and account-deletion pages are hosted on devignlb.com.
• Sits alongside Agency Suite, the full management platform; TCN Agent is the lighter, read-only dashboard.
