Devign Creator Agency

Problem

Creators join TikTok LIVE agencies without seeing their own numbers; agencies run on Backstage exports and group chats. We wanted an agency whose creators could open an app and see hours, diamonds, level and bonus — and whose staff had a read-only dashboard synced from Backstage.

Devign Creator Agency is an official TikTok Creator Network (the join link resolves to the TikTok scout page for “Devign LLC”). It is also where every other Devign creator product was tested first — the staff dashboard grew into TCN Agent and the platform into Agency Suite.

Deliverables

1. Creator Agency Member app Live stats, five creator levels, DPoints store, boosts, daily quiz, gifts, appeals, announcements and an AI assistant, in 53 UI languages. iOS id6761271945 · Android com.devign.app (100+ downloads on Google Play).
2. agency.devignlb.com — site and back end The public agency site and the custom PHP back end behind it: AI-assistant API, applications, appeals, boosts, creators, gifts and cron jobs, plus a PHP websocket server.
3. download.devignlb.com Static app hub that points creators to the App Store, Google Play and Windows downloads.
4. join.devignlb.com A PHP geo-routed apply page that resolves to TikTok's Creator Network scout page for “Devign LLC”.
5. TCN AgentThe staff dashboard — now its own product with its own case page.

What we built

• Member app — hours, diamonds, bonus, levels, DPoints and appeals on the creator's phone; 53 UI languages including Arabic and Turkish; version 2.1.11 on both stores as of 8 Sep 2026.
• Backstage-synced figures — the numbers creators see come from TikTok LIVE Backstage rather than being typed in.
• Funnels — join.devignlb.com routes applicants by region to the TikTok scout page; download.devignlb.com hands out the app.
• Free membership perks — LIVE Games and Reactor stream tools are free for members.
• Support — WhatsApp support line (+1 307 218 9637) in English and Arabic; the app itself also runs in Turkish.

Outcome

• Official TikTok Creator Network for “Devign LLC” (join.devignlb.com → TikTok scout page).
• Member app on the App Store (id6761271945, first release 28 Mar 2026) and Google Play (com.devign.app, released 17 Mar 2026; 100+ downloads).
• Runs on Agency Suite, the platform we then made available to other agencies; staff use TCN Agent.
