Welcome to Devign Creator Agency Member (the "App"), the official mobile application of Devign Creator Agency, operated by Devign LLC. By using the Devign Creator Agency Member app (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store) and our website at www.devignlb.com (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
The Service is intended for TikTok Live creators who are active or pending members of Devign Agency. You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at info@devignlb.com of any unauthorized access. Devign LLC is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of your personal data. By using the Service, you allow Devign LLC to store and display your streaming statistics and account information within the app solely to provide the Service.
Dpoints and coins earned through the Service have no cash value and are not transferable. Devign LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards program at any time.
Devign LLC may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or at its sole discretion. Termination does not entitle you to any compensation.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Devign LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devign LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Updates will be posted at devignlb.com/terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, before the competent courts of Lebanon.
Note: On the TikTok Developer Portal, the registered TikTok integration "app" associated with these Terms is named exactly Devign Creator Agency Member, matching the same name published on the Apple App Store and Google Play and on this website.
The Devign Creator Agency Member app integrates TikTok Login Kit, the official authentication integration product provided by TikTok, — TikTok's official authentication product, which operates under the same TikTok name and brand as TikTok's developer integration platform — as a sign-in option. When you sign in to the Devign Creator Agency Member app via TikTok, you authorize TikTok to share a limited set of profile fields (open_id, display_name, and avatar) with the Devign Creator Agency Member app under the user.info.basic scope. Your TikTok password is never sent to or stored by Devign LLC.
By using TikTok Login Kit within the app, you also agree to TikTok's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You can revoke the app's TikTok access at any time from your TikTok account settings under Manage app permissions; for full Devign account deletion, contact us at the email below.
