Devign Agency Suite

Problem

A TikTok LIVE agency lives in spreadsheets: Backstage exports, creator hours and diamonds copied by hand, level ladders recalculated every month, and rewards tracked in chat threads. Devign runs an agency of its own and hit every one of those problems first.

We needed one system that pulls the figures from TikTok LIVE Backstage, keeps the roster honest, shows every creator where they stand, and lets staff run the month without a single spreadsheet.

What we built

• Backstage sync — daily LIVE figures (hours, diamonds, streaks) land in the platform without manual exports.
• Rosters and seats — creators join by request, are seated on the roster automatically, and can be paused or edited by staff.
• Monthly figures, levels and leaderboards — every creator sees the current month, their level on the ladder, and the leaderboard; staff see the whole agency.
• Rewards — reward rules are computed from the synced figures, not typed in.
• Three surfaces — an iOS and Android app for creators and staff, and a web console for agency administration (creator edit, pause, limits, audit log, role-based views).
• Multi-tenant — each agency gets its own isolated database; Devign Creator Agency is tenant one.

Outcome

• Published on the App Store (id6797711295) and Google Play (com.devignlb.creatorplatform).
• Runs Devign Creator Agency in production; the Arabic-first sister brand is Muzahim.
• Listed free on both stores.
