1. About this Page

This page is a focused privacy notice for the TikTok Login Kit integration inside the Devign Creator Agency Member mobile app (the "App"), published by Devign LLC on the Apple App Store and Google Play. It supplements the App's main Privacy Policy with details specific to TikTok sign-in.

2. What is TikTok Login Kit?

TikTok Login Kit is the official authentication product of TikTok, TikTok's official developer integration product. The Devign Creator Agency Member app uses TikTok Login Kit so creators can sign in with their TikTok account instead of a phone number.

3. Data We Receive From TikTok

When you tap "Continue with TikTok" inside the Devign Creator Agency Member app and authorize the request on the TikTok app's consent screen, TikTok shares only the fields covered by the user.info.basic scope:

• open_id — a stable identifier unique to the Devign Creator Agency Member app, used to recognize you on subsequent logins.
• union_id — a stable identifier across apps owned by Devign LLC; not actively used today.
• display_name — your visible TikTok name, shown in the dashboard greeting.
• avatar_url (with 100 px and 1080 px variants) — your TikTok profile photo, shown in the dashboard header.

4. What We Do NOT Receive

The Devign Creator Agency Member app does not receive your TikTok password, email, phone number, follower list, content, private messages, or any data outside user.info.basic. Your TikTok password is never sent to or stored by Devign LLC.

5. How We Use This Data

• Authentication: open_id matches your TikTok account to your row in our database so we can sign you in.
• Display: display_name and avatar_url are shown in the App so you can confirm you are signed into the correct account.
• No advertising, no profiling, no data sales.

6. Storage and Retention

The fields above are stored on Devign LLC's servers in Lebanon and Germany for as long as your account is active. The TikTok-issued access token is exchanged server-side and is not stored on your device. A short-lived session token is stored on your device to keep you signed in.

7. Sharing

Devign LLC does not sell, rent, or share TikTok-derived data with third parties. We may use service providers (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, Apple Push Notification service) only to deliver in-app notifications, and these providers do not receive your TikTok data.

8. Revoking Access

You can revoke the Devign Creator Agency Member app's access to your TikTok account at any time from the TikTok app: Profile → Settings & privacy → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions → remove "Devign Creator Agency Member". Your existing Devign account is unaffected; to delete it, see Account Deletion in the main Privacy Policy.

9. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data Devign LLC stores about you, including data received via TikTok Login Kit. Contact info@devignlb.com. Use of TikTok features is also subject to TikTok's own Privacy Policy.
