The TCN Agent app is an operations tool for Devign LLC's Creator Agency Network. You can create an account in the app, and an account can also be provisioned for you by your agency. Whichever way your account was created, you can ask us to delete it and the personal data we hold for you, at any time and for any reason. You can start the request from the app, under Settings, where the Delete account row opens this page, or you can follow the steps below directly.
1. How to Request Deletion
Email info@devignlb.com from the email address you use to sign in to the App, with the subject line "Delete my TCN Agent account".
Open email requestSo we can verify the request and prevent unauthorised deletion of someone else's account, please:
- Send the request from the email address you use to sign in to the App.
- Include your full name and (if known) your
agent_id. - If you have access to multiple Devign-issued accounts, list each account email you want deleted.
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of verification, or sooner where required by applicable law (e.g. GDPR Art. 17 or CCPA/CPRA §1798.105).
2. What Gets Deleted
On verification, the following personal data is permanently deleted from our active production systems:
- Your account record in the TCN backend (your row in the
agentstable — name, email,agent_id, role). - Your Auth0 user profile (email, name, login history). Deletion is propagated to Auth0/Okta within 24 hours of our internal deletion.
- Any push-notification tokens associated with your account (Apple APNs and Google FCM tokens).
- Action-log entries you authored that contain personal narrative (call notes, plans, reflections), unless retention is required for an active legal hold or audit (see Section 3).
- Local data on your device — clearing the app's storage, or uninstalling the App, removes the cached token and any locally-cached portfolio data immediately.
3. What May Be Retained, and Why
A small set of records is retained after account deletion strictly where there is a documented legal, accounting, or audit basis. These are NOT used to re-identify or contact you:
| Data retained | Why | Retention period |
|---|---|---|
Aggregate / pseudonymised payroll-bonus calculations referencing your agent_id |
Lebanese accounting and tax law require Devign LLC to retain payroll records for the statutory period. | 10 years from end of fiscal year |
Audit-log entries (sign-in events, sensitive action timestamps) keyed by agent_id |
Required for security incident investigation under our internal security policy and aligned with GDPR Art. 32. | 13 months |
| Backups of the production database | Encrypted off-site backups overwrite on a rolling schedule; your data is purged from backups when those backups expire. | ≤ 35 days (rolling) |
Where retention applies, the retained records are stored in pseudonymised form (referenced by agent_id only), are access-controlled, and are not used for any purpose other than the legal/audit basis listed above.
4. Account vs. Data Deletion
You can also choose to delete only your data while keeping your account active (e.g. if you want your action-log entries removed but plan to continue using the App). Note this in the body of your email — for example, "Please delete my action-log notes but keep my account active."
5. Confirmation
Once deletion is complete you will receive a confirmation email at the address you sent the request from, summarising what was deleted and what (if anything) was retained for the reasons in Section 3.
6. Questions or Appeals
If you don't receive an acknowledgement within 5 business days, or if you believe a deletion request was wrongly refused, you may contact our Data Protection point of contact at info@devignlb.com. EU/UK residents have the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority; California residents may contact the California Privacy Protection Agency.
