Terms of Service — Devign Creator Agency

Welcome to Devign, operated by Devign LLC. By using the Devign Creator Agency mobile application and website at www.devignlb.com (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility The Service is intended for TikTok Live creators who are active or pending members of Devign Agency. You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.

2. Your Account You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at info@devignlb.com of any unauthorized access. Devign LLC is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
• Reverse engineer or tamper with the app or backend systems
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service

4. Content and Data You retain ownership of your personal data. By using the Service, you allow Devign LLC to store and display your streaming statistics and account information within the app solely to provide the Service.

5. Rewards and Points Dpoints and coins earned through the Service have no cash value and are not transferable. Devign LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards program at any time.

6. Termination Devign LLC may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or at its sole discretion. Termination does not entitle you to any compensation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Devign LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devign LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Updates will be posted at devignlb.com/terms.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, before the competent courts of Lebanon.
