Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, but due to the nature of our digital products and services, we have a specific refund policy.

Refund Eligibility

  • Due to the instant delivery of our digital products (website development, hosting, and subscription services), we cannot offer refunds once the product or service has been delivered, unless specified otherwise below.
  • If you experience technical issues with our digital product or service, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will offer a refund or credit at our discretion.

Subscription Services

  • For subscription-based services, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. However, charges that have already been processed are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  • If you are eligible for a refund, you will be notified via email once your refund request has been approved. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Digital products that have already been downloaded or accessed, such as website templates, design assets, and subscription services, are non-refundable.
  • Hosting fees, once paid for the current period, are non-refundable unless there is a clear, unresolved technical issue that we are unable to fix.

Exchanges or Modifications

  • We do not offer exchanges for digital products. If you need modifications to a delivered website, we will work with you to make the necessary adjustments, but additional charges may apply depending on the scope of changes.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
